  Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

1.  Time Limit  : You can request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date you receive the women's clothing item. Please note that items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition with all tags and accessories attached.

2.  Reason-based Eligibility  :

   -   Quality Problems  : If there are any manufacturing defects such as torn seams, broken zippers, or color fading after the first wash that is not due to improper handling, we will accept returns and exchanges unconditionally. We'll cover the return shipping costs in such cases and provide you with a replacement item or a full refund promptly.

   -  Size and Fit Issues  : If the clothing doesn't fit as expected according to the size chart provided on our website at the time of purchase, you're eligible for an exchange for the correct size. However, you'll be responsible for the return shipping cost in this situation, and we'll send the new item to you at no extra charge once we receive the returned product.

   -   Style or Color Discrepancy  : If the actual item received differs significantly in style or color from what was shown on our product page, you can return or exchange it. We'll assess the situation and handle it fairly, usually covering the return shipping if it's our error in representation.


  Return and Exchange Process

1.   Contact Us  : Please get in touch with our customer service team via email [email protected] or call our hotline before initiating any return or exchange. Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item if relevant (for quality or discrepancy claims).

2.  Ship the Item Back  : After getting our approval, carefully package the item in its original packaging or a suitable substitute to prevent damage during transit.

3.   Inspection and Resolution  : Once we receive the returned item, our quality control team will inspect it within 3 - 5 business days. If everything checks out as per the policy, we'll process your exchange or refund immediately. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase and may take 5 - 7 business days to reflect in your account depending on your financial institution.

  Exceptions

1.   Final Sale Items  : Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of quality defects as described above. Please review product descriptions carefully before making a purchase to avoid disappointment.

2.   Altered or Damaged by Customer  : Any clothing that has been altered, customized, or damaged due to improper care (such as bleach stains, iron burns) by the customer beyond the normal wear and tear is not acceptable for return or exchange.
